We offer an online platform for hotel reservations through which clients can reserve hotel accommodation in advance through third party suppliers at specially discounted rate against credit card prepayment. By submitting a reservation through our website, you enter into a direct legally binding agreement (contract) with us.
2. Terms of Service
We never charge a booking fee. The usage of our website is absolutely free. The credit card provided for securing the reservation will not be charged with a service fee.
3. Security Policy
When booking through our website you can feel completely safe because we neither store nor have access to your credit card details. Your credit card information will be processed, encrypted and passed through a secure server protocol using the most secure SSL technology preventing any unauthorized access or misuse. 4. Restrictions
It is strictly forbidden to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, reproduce, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display or download any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

6. Cancellation and No show
When making a hotel reservation at our website, you accept to abide by the relevant cancellation and no-show policy valid for the specified reservation, and also comply with any additional delivery terms and conditions of the hotel that may apply to your reservation during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the hotel.
You can see the booking cancellation and no-show policy during the reservation process and it will be present in the confirmation email as well. In order to revise, make changes or cancel your reservation, please follow the instructions supplied in the confirmation email. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation or no show according to the booking’s cancellation and no-show policy. We strongly advise that you read carefully the cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel before proceeding with any changes or cancellation of your reservation.
7. Liability
Subject to the limitations detailed in these terms and conditions, we shall be liable only for any damages or losses incurred by you as a result of our failure to deliver the services rendered and booked online limited up to the total cost of your reservation as displayed in the confirmation email.
By visiting our website and using its services you agree that neither we nor any of our affiliated companies shall be liable for (i) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim, (ii) any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the hotel as made available on our website, (iii) the services rendered or the products offered by the hotel, (iv) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website, or (v) for any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, wilful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the hotel (its employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies), including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.
